We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a financial services corporation, with exposure on the local and international front. If you have what it takes to lead and manage a team in the overall coordination and management of a quality assurance programme. We want to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
- Prepare the yearly quality assurance plan.
- Lead the quality assurance reviews.
- Device and monitor key performance indicators.
- Plan and provide quality assurance training and mentor the team.
- Participate in quality assurance groups and committees.
- Exercise judgement when handling cases and challenging reviews.
- Represent the team with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for the management and development of reports.
What are you expected to bring?
- A Bachelor’s degree
- An background in Business engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Assurance
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a managerial position
