We are currently looking for a Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Agent who is willing to be based in Athens.


Main Duties

  • Via a variety of platforms including phone, email and live chat interact with customers.
  • Report issues within the organization when essential.
  • Retain precise records of customer accounts.
  • Provide a response to customer questions and help when required.


Job Requirements

  • The aptitude to speak and write Slovenian at a native level.
  • Previous knowledge in a comparable role would be advantageous, but the willingness to learn is the most significant pre-requisite.
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and strong communication skills.
