Good and happy support is the heart of Cashmio. We love our customers and want to make sure they know that!
As a support agent, you will answer our customers´ queries about anything between heaven and earth. If they just want to talk about the weather, we are up for that kind of chats too. Contact happens by live chat or email. At the moment we don´t offer phone support, but it might be something we will add later on, so hope you won´t be afraid of that either.
Required languages: Japanese (native) and English (fluent). Other languages are of course a plus!
Right now we work 09.00-17.00 in the Japanese chat and email.
On top of the support tasks, we have a lot more you can do if you have a dull moment. We are good at spotting our employees' strengths and like to offer everyone extra tasks to keep them interested and constantly developing their skills.
Former experience from iGaming is not required, although preferred, the most important thing at Cashmio is the right attitude! If you are happy, hardworking and ambitious.
