This person will be fully responsible for the Italian market together with assisting in other European Markets.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of Affiliates
- Acquisition, retention and activation of new Affiliates and partnerships
- Managing, negotiating and reviewing all commercial agreements with gaming operators
- Identifying new gaming operators’ opportunities
- Analysis of campaigns, reporting, ROI results of campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing results of all campaigns
- Invoice management and payment follow up
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
Requirements:
- Around 3 years’ experience in iGaming as an affiliate manager
- Existing affiliate portfolio (sport / casino / poker) in Italy and within Europe
- Fluent in Italian, very good in English (can have calls with Clients) and any other language will be a plus
- Solid experience within Affiliate Marketing
- Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), CPC (Cost-Per-Click) and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) and Revenue share payment models
- Innovation, proactivity and ability to think outside the box
- Great Ability to negotiate commercial deals
