GCS Recruitment are searching for a Billing & Credit Control Administrator to work with one of the most well-known financial companies in Malta.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting individuals or business customers when payment is overdue
  • Checking credit records and tracing missing debtors
  • Issuing of invoices and statements on a regular basis
  • Following up on debtors to ensure payments are effected within a reasonable time-frame
  • Liaising with partners and client-facing staff to ensure that all time is being billed accordingly
  • Setting up repayment plans and working with debt counsellors
  • Setting up and maintaining customer files
  • Processing payments
  • Starting legal proceedings if debts are not paid within an agreed time
  • Performing any other duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • ‘A’ Level standard of education
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Possessing a background in accounts will be considered an asset
  • Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
  • Have good communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English Language
  • Organisational skills with strong analytical skills
  • Team player
