Job description: IT Helpdesk/ Technician (Porto)
Our client is an iGaming company who is looking to grow their IT team in Porto! They are looking for an IT Helpdesk to join their IT department, reporting directly to the IT Manager.
What are they looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Helpdesk and using a Ticketing system
  • Experience writing reports (both in Portuguese and in English)
  • Experience doing Browser troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 2016


  • Bachelor Degree in Informatics or equivalent
  • Fluent level of English (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows 10, Android e IOS;
