Job Description

The Client
Our client operating in the FMCG industry is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team.

Main Duties
  • Managing all aspects of accounts in the territory 
  • Deliver the Nets Sales Revenue Targets for all products by trade channel, by package and by SKU
  • Develop and handle Strategic Key Accounts
  • Guide and coach the Sales Team in order to achieve set targets
  • Identify Market opportunities and recommending plans of action

  • Strong commercial acumen with a least five years’ experience in the Maltese FMCG business
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Analytical skills
  • An outgoing personality with excellent Interpersonal, Teambuilding and Leadership skills
