Our Client, operating in the Business Services sector, is seeking to recruit a full-time Property Assistant Administrator to join their growing team.
Main Duties
- Interface with key stakeholders through multi-channels, mail correspondence, telephone and email
- Advise clients in regards to post received and payments due
- Work as part of a team in delivering a diligent and timely service
- Ensure consistent self-development with knowledge of the Maltese property market
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with both internal and external clients
Requirements
- The candidate will have post-secondary or advanced level of education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a corporate/office environment
- Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Maltese
- Computer literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Preferably has previous Personal Assistant experience, however, training will be provided
- A valid driving license and own transport are required
