The Client
Our client, a leading Banking company in Malta, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
Main Duties
- Ensuring that calls and emails received from clients are answered and followed up by the team in a timely and appropriate manner
- Monitoring the performance of the team and of the business by compiling statistics and preparing reports and indicators
- Making sure new products and procedures are properly documented and followed by all members of the team
- Working in conjunction with the marketing team to propose and implement commercial and marketing initiatives aimed at penetrating the Belgian market for online trading and financial advice, and at retaining and cross selling to existing customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing a customer service team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and French
- Knowledge of banking and financial products
