Job Description

The main tasks:

  • Help and communicate with customers via e-mail and live chat

  • Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department

  • Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered

  • Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office

  • Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers


Minimum requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support and iGaming industry an advantage

  • Native in German – both verbal and written, is mandatory 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent team player, with initiative to work independently

  • Can work well under pressure

  • Flexible when it comes to working hours
