Accounts Clerk

GCS Recruitment are on the search for a hard-working Accounts Clerk to work with one of the leading contractor companies in Malta.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Inputting and maintaining records and data to the various ledgers
• Keeping track of foreign purchase orders and documentation
• Updating retail prices for stock items
• Be present in periodical stocktaking, as well as receivable processing
• Assisting in the processing of payables and receivables
• Performing various analyses as necessary

Requirements:

• A minimum of an Advanced Level in Accounts or studying AAT / ACCA
• 2 years or more of experience in the accounting sector would be an asset
• Knowledgeable in accounting software would be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook
