GCS Recruitment are searching for a Retention Agent to work with one of the leading iGaming companies in Malta.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new strategies for customer retention activities
  • Responding to customer queries and addressing service complaints in a timely manner
  • Analyzing customer feedback and developing new techniques to ensure customer retention
  • Providing excellent customer services and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Building positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses
  • Explaining to customers regarding new products and benefits
  • Making sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth
  • Performing customer negotiations and reaching a fair conclusion from both business and customer


  • 1-year experience in positions such as Credit Control agent or any position related to preventing cancellation of products in call centre environments
  • Fluency in Spanish / French / English
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong will to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Team player attitude
