GCS Recruitment are searching for a Business Development Executive to work with one of the most well-known, growing financial companies in Malta.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling of clients and following up on business leads
  • Cold calling potential clients and establishing relationships
  • Identify customer requirements and selling accordingly
  • Planning and setting up meetings with clients
  • Following up on sales enquiries and sending out information
  • Liaising with other teams to develop new business
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers
  • Attending events in order to generate business leads

 

The Requirements:

  • Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales
  • Great attitude towards work, bright and flexible individual
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to prioritise and stick to deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
