What is expected of you?
- Define procedures and processes of all the departments of the organisation to have a holistic view of the company
- Conduct business re-engineering reviews on existing and new procedures with the aim of improving customer service, reducing cost and increasing efficiency
- Strengthen internal controls and improve quality
- Lead a continuous process of documentation and process definition
- Liaise with the management team to discuss changes in existing procedures, draft new processes and prepare annual internal control audits
- Follow up on processes issued and amend as required, including the management reviews and control of non-conformities
- Deliver assigned projects within the stipulated timeframes, costs and agreed scope
- Collect and analyse feedback obtained from meetings and create the necessary tools to communicate processes, providing research materials and other data points to formulate clear and well-organised procedures
- Issue reports on internal compliance checks and audits including recommendations for improvement
- Issue reports regularly on testing activities including goals, plans, schedules, analysis, conclusions and recommendations
- Assimilate results into coherent presentation and reports
- Communicate results to the management committee on a regular basis
- Any other task assigned by the General Manager
What are you expected to bring?
- Bachelors’ degree in either Business Management and Administration, Accounts, Engineering or similar qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in process design, documentation and drafting of procedures
- Previous experience in implementing and monitoring standards (ISO) will be considered an asset
- An ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- A high level of business literacy skills
- Be analytical and numerical
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
