Job Description

Operational Support Analyst with previous payments, e-money, trading etc experience required for a flexible night shift offering competitive starting salary, the option to work remotely or from offices in the WTC,  25 days holiday and pension.

As part of the operations team in this progressive company, you’ll enjoy exposure to all operational areas of the business and will be required to improve and positively impact how it works, whilst developing your career as it scales.

You will work mostly Monday – Friday 1am- 8am with some weekend work if desired (with overtime pay).

Your day will look a little like this:

You’ll be busy ensuring that the business platform and business operations that support it operates effectively and delivers a best-in-class service.

  • You’ll provide global oversight, and support for the platform, ensuring that there is a seamless client journey and experience.  • Work in a small operations team based in Gibraltar
  • Provide a global operational support to the business platform
  • Have a flexible approach to working as support will initially be 24/7 so may include shift work to cover our international clients.
  • Deliver a best-in-class, client on-boarding process that ensures a timely, efficient, knowledge led and responsive customer journey and experience. • Provide excellent customer support that maximises client retention and the lifetime value of clients.
  • Trade Monitoring during the trade settlement process to ensure they get settled by dealing with any problems quickly and efficiently
  • Monitoring the liquidation process to ensure that where it is necessary, the process is done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Requirements: You have:

  • Proven experience within client facing role in an operational environment within a Cryptocurrency, Payments, e-money, wealth management , Gaming or trading business.
  • Operational and customer facing support experience, preferably within a start-up or young business environment.
  • Some knowledge and having dealt with different asset classes such as bonds, equities, derivatives would be desirable
  • Experience dealing with systems – testing, writing test cases and requirments, would be desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexible approach to work and able to work under own initiative
  • Integrity and professional ethics, business acumen, teamwork and attention to detail
  • A self-starter who relishes the challenge of working in a fast-paced FinTech business
