Job Description

Our client in the exciting igaming industry is expanding their Scandinavian Customer Service Team and therefore are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Malta. If you have a natural flair for providing awesome service, are ambitious and can work well independently, this might just be the role for you! You’ll be a part of a team of professionals, however will be given quite a bit of freedom with your work, so you’ll need to be someone responsible and driven. 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Keeping up to date with current and upcoming campaigns and other information to be able to provide best possible service
  • Working closely with other departments like Payments&Fraud and Marketing to provide detailed answers to customer queries

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English both spoken and writing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered as an advantage
  • Willingness to learn more about Sports, Casino and Poker
  • Ability to work independent and as a part of a team
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask
  • Flexibility in terms of working time 

Salary
