The Client
Our client is seeking a Swedish Players Manager to join their dynamic team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively taking part in forming our product to best suit our players' needs and to assist the players in making the best use of our product
  • Actively contribute in our marketing campaigns to suit our players
  • Get to know our players to ensure that we can serve them in the best way possible
  • Communicating via chat, email and also social media and gaming forums
  • Translations will also be part of some day to day needs
  • We need you to actively shape up our communication with our players in Sweden and the players will love to hear from you
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members to share knowledge and information
  • Share some time with our payments experts, and other teams within the company to ensure the best strategy is taken

Requirements

  • You are a person with loads of positive energy and great ideas
  • People love being around you
  • A passion for gaming, and maybe know something about casinos
  • You love being of help to others and assist them to have the best experience
  • Maybe you have worked in customer support and want to step up to a more challenging role
  • You are pro-active and want to get things done
  • When you have an idea you want to share it and you want to work on it
  • You want to learn and develop within the industry
  • Native in Swedish and fluent in English
