CRM Campaign Coordinator

The Client
Our client, an innovative gaming company based in Malta, is looking for a CRM Campaign Coordinator to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns towards new and existing customers
  • Optimise communication send-outs (e-mail, SMS)
  • Manage split testing of communication send-outs and feeding findings back to the never-ending learning loop
  • Implemente multichannel, segment lifecycle campaigns, with a strong focus on the customer acquisition, retention and reactivation journeys
  • Handle of lists and filters, ensuring correct targeting
  • Launch and testing promotional communications and landing pages
  • Analyse and evaluating on campaign performance and sharing learnings with the team
  • Monitor and checking websites, ensuring all content is correctly displaying and up-to-date at all times

Requirements

  • +2 years experience of campaign coordination, preferably within iGaming
  • Higher education/academic degree
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical. Honestly, you must enjoy analysing data
  • Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Meticulously organized, effective communicator with a can-do attitude and an aptitude for multi-tasking
