Our client a publicly traded online gaming company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will take full responsibility of the post-sales requirements of their B2B clients.
Location: Malta (willing to relocate)
Start date: ASAP
Salary: €40k+ including bonuses
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze market trends and changing needs of your customers and then translate
them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
Optimize customer performance through marketing and site optimization
Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance
between the client’s needs and those of the company
Growing Revenue
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in Account Management of international customers in the Online
Gaming industry – a must
Excellent English level (written and spoken) – a must
Previous experience in an Internet company (company selling integration services – big
advantage)...
