We need a candidate that is driven, has excellent problem solving and troubleshooting ability. The candidate must have a good level of English and the following skills: Knowledge of Windows 10. Knowledge of Office 365. Basic knowledge of AD (users and groups creation). Basic networking knowledge. Excellent attitude to service colleagues and guests. Extra skills that will be considered a plus: Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system. Basic knowledge of VOIP. Basic knowledge of Powershell.
